What this website collects

This website collects what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, how and when you'd like to be reached, and your message. It does not use analytics, advertising pixels or session recording, and it does not embed a scheduler.

What we ask you not to send

Please don't include medical details in the form. For anything urgent, call. If you need help now, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.

How it is used

Messages are read by the practice's therapist and used to reply to you. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it, except as the law requires.

How long it is kept

Messages that don't lead to care are deleted after a short time. If you become a client, your records are kept as Connecticut law requires, and we keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.

Contact and requests

To ask what we have or to have a message deleted, write to hello@plumenewhaven.com or call (203) 555-0107. We don't send mail or voicemail that names the practice unless you ask us to.
